Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from a member of our Customer Service team during normal business hours. Also, please note that the Customer Service Team is available Monday through Friday from 9am EST to 6pm EST except for holidays.

Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by referring to the Order Confirmation email ProAction Sports Shop sent to you when you originally ordered from us. From this email you can click the ‘Order Status’ link which directs you to the ProAction Sports Shop website for your order status.
Please note that this page does not contain real-time shipping status; this information can be delayed by approximately 1-2 business days depending on the carrier.

Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?
If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will state that the item is out of stock. If the item is on backorder the site will show an estimated ship date. All other items should be considered in stock.
This information listed on our online catalog is the most up to date information that we have in regards to an item's in-stock availability.
Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If an item that you've ordered is out of stock or backordered you will be notified by email promptly.
If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive?
Total delivery time is equal to ‘Availability Time’ PLUS time for the chosen shipping method.
We offer two affordable shipping options:
Standard - $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping for any size order
Items shipped STANDARD typically takes 3-7 days to arrive to their destination after they have left the warehouse.
STANDARD SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $99!
Rush - $12.99 Flat Rate Shipping for any size order
Items shipped RUSH typically take 2-4 days to arrive to their destination after they have left the warehouse.
Each item on our site lists an estimated availability timeframe. This shows how long it will take that item to leave our warehouse.

At this time, due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
If you have a P.O. Box, you must enter your physical home address (Such as 123 Main Street) under the shipping address section of the check out page. If a P.O. Box is entered, your order will be placed on hold until such a time that a physical address can be obtained.
Please Note: Multiple item orders may ship from multiple warehouses. In these instances you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email as the items ship. Should your order be broken into multiple shipments, you will only pay the original Standard or Rush Shipping fee once. You can email or call us if you have any questions about multiple shipment orders.
Can you mail me a catalog?
No. At this time ProAction Sports Shop does not produce a printed catalog. Our complete selection of merchandise is available to view 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website.
How much does shipping cost?
All of our products qualify for our low flat rate shipping charges:

What are my Payment Options?
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. In addition to credit cards, we also accept PayPal.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Since ProAction Sports Shop is a licensed retail business in the state of Delaware, sales tax is not charged on ANY order.
How do I Redeem a Coupon?
Occasionally ProAction Sports Shop will run promotions and distribute coupons to its patrons via email. If you have received a coupon and you would like to redeem it, add the items that you'd like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process. Enter the coupon code on bottom of the billing page where your payment information is captured. The resulting discount will be applied and displayed on the final order review page before your order is placed.
Does ProAction Sports Shop Allow Group sales?
If you are placing a large order for your team or company please contact us 9am to 11pm EST, Monday through Friday. We will be happy to ensure that you receive a bulk order discount.
Please note: All bulk order discounts are at the sole discretion of ProAction Sports Shop based on order volume, type of item(s) as well as other factors.

How quickly will my order ship?
A handling time exists for every item that ProAction Sports Shop sells. The handling time is represented as the ‘Availability’ timeframe that’s listed for every product we carry. The handling/availability time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (i.e. USPS, FedEx or UPS). A long availability timeframe generally indicates that an item will need to be manufactured prior to delivery (made-to-order). The availability timeframe for an item often varies from product to product. For the most up to date information about how quickly an item can be shipped to you, check the ‘Availability’ timeframe that is displayed for every item we carry on our website.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.

What is ProAction Sports Shop's Return policy?
Please Note: Some items are made-upon-order, and therefore cannot be returned except under circumstances of item defect. These items include, but not limited to, all items in the bath and bedding section, as well as all floor mats, rugs, and tailgating rugs. Due to hygiene reasons, all products in the jewelry and watches sections are not eligible for return.
In order to complete an exchange or return, you must contact ProAction Sports Shop within 14 days of order receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please email service@proactionsportsshop.com to obtain an RMA. Once you have received the RMA, merchandise must be returned within 14 days to receive credit for the purchase price of the item.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.
Swimwear, Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
Please note: For returns, your credit card will be refunded the cost of the item, minus shipping costs. Except for returns being made due to incorrect item being shipped, or defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping returns should be addressed to, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package as well as noted on the original shipping paperwork. Returns made without a preapproved RMA WILL NOT be accepted.

How do I Track my shipment?
You can track your shipment online 24 hour a day, 7 days a week by using the tracking number and link provided by ProAction Sports Shop via email.
We will email you the tracking number once your item(s) have left the warehouse.
If I buy an item, and it goes on sale sometime after I purchase it, can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases prior to an item or items going on sale.
Why don't you have more items for this team?
We expand our merchandise selection daily. We constantly search for new items to grow our site and we add merchandise all the time, so please check back regularly to see new items.
Why do some items take longer to ship?
Manufacturer direct items are shipped by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has agreed to ship within a specified time frame, which varies by manufacturer. The time frame needed to sort and handle the item is listed as the item’s “Availability” timeframe which is listed on each item description page.
What is a manufacturer direct item?
Manufacturer direct items are items shipped to the customer directly from the designated manufacturer. Leveraging manufacturer direct item helps keep operational costs low and those savings are passed on to our customers in the form of low prices.
What kind of packaging do you use?
The type of packaging varies based on the item. We assure you that we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.

Do the items you sell have a warranty?
ProAction Sports Shop does not solicit or provide item warranties of any kind. Warranty information will come in the packaging with your item as applicable and is the responsibility of the item manufacturer.
